Victoria's Secret Consumer Demographic

This Mood Board is based on the aesthetic of the consumer of Victoria's Secret. I based this on my findings in store and seeing the types of girls buying, a reflection of the angels and aspirational values. Based on Conde Nast's survey, the IT girls put VS on the top of their favourite lingerie list. This is how I imagined the aesthetic to be. It shows the social influencer girl with an aspirational lifestyle, lots of followers and reflect the angels in terms of being something we 'aspire' to be like. The photo of the girl is a typical Instagram Influencer, and the photos around are the type of lifestyle and way she is perceived via social media. Holidays, a slim body, glitz and glam and perfect bedroom. The photos chose also reflect the affluent lifestyle showing this as a luxury brand and those buying have a lot of disposable income. This is suggested through glam outfits and designer purchases and aspirational holidays. The aesthetics of the mood board show how VS's branding of slim, perfect lifestyle, fantasy, angels are reflected through the people that buy into the brand.
